After countless hours of planning and unfortunately, lots of lying to my husband, I successfully pulled off his surprise 23rd birthday party. And it was a great success despite a few mishaps along the way!I started planning this little shindig two months ago and although we had a blast I'm glad to say it's finally over. And I am no longer keeping secrets from Jared.
He got not one, but two delicious birthday cakes to commemorate. One cake was donated by Pam and Don sporting a subtle tribute to the Utes and the other had pink frosting (one of Jared's favorite colors).
Lots of our family and friends were there and I'm happy to say that Jared was thoroughly surprised. Good job everyone for not spilling the beans. And thank you so much to everyone who participated and made it such a fun night of celebrating Jared. We love you all!
